French President Nicolas Sarkozy's growing stamp collection is helped by  fellow heads of state, including the Queen. When Nicolas Sarkozy makes state visits his  fellow heads of state often present him with valuable stamps as it is common knowledge he is an enthusiastic stamp collector.
