Nothing prevents you from doing so yourself, especially since you are obviously reading the forum every dat.
Of course I read the forum daily Surly, I spent two years there and have a lot of interest in the people and their ideas there.
As mentioned previously, it is impossible for me to subject myself to having my posts scrutinized by others before being allowed to post. It is merely a personal choice, I feel demeaned and insulted by that policy being directed at me.
