Members, my computer skills are sorely lacking, so kindly bare with me as I feel my way around and try and get the forum functioning properly. Comments, suggestions, instructions as to how to make this place more comfortable to post in for you are appreciated.  Thanks for your patience and understanding.

The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances. It was adopted on December 15, 1791, as one of the ten amendments that constitute the Bill of Rights.

This Forum was set up with the intention of trying to live up to this right our founders wrote into Our Beloved United States Constitution.

Hopefully members will strive to make it a place of constructive ideas, critical thinking, and respect for the rights of others to voice their opinions. What can we learn on topics we all agree on? Differing views are the basis for learning and seeing the other side of a coin.

Hey GO,

You've done quite a job sprucing up this site.

Haven't had time to check it all out yet - just got home from work and now I have to get ready to take my wife out for our anniversary celebration.  But I'll take a closer look soon.  Your site looks very nice.

Looks good GO.

Haven't been able to embed a video on this version of SMF as of yet.  If I figure out a way, I will let you know.

Thanks RE, At your leisure.

I have come to understand and appreciate the work that goes into a forum, even a simple glorified blog such as mine. Surly was right, I think I have that Carpal Syndrome, or whatever they call it from going back and forth a million times figuring out how to do what.
Going to have to buy a new keyboard.  :D
